The burden is on you to show that there is any establishment of religion. Its not a matter of "some establishment". You haven't established there there is any state institution of a church.

Clearly there are established religions vis-a-vis their tax status.

That is far from clear. Refraining from forcibly taking money from a person or organization, or taking less money from them, is not a subsidy. A bank robber is not subsidizing the banks he doesn't rob.

Edit - That last point is far more important to me then whether or not religions get taxed.
