We have technology to denote whether radioactivity experiments are ongoing in Iraq. Where's the evidence of this? Indeed, we supplied weapons to Saddam, and that's a matter of public record. Many of these weapons are outdated, may or may not work and certainly are not a threat to the USA. Mayhaps he's got a truckload of some chemicals stashed in a house somewhere. But what good is that if you don't have the means of delivery?

Where exactly is the threat?

And regarding the gas they used on their own people, I submit there's been far more suffering on Iraqi children and in greater numbers than what he did with the chemical weapons that America supplied him. Heck, Rumsfield was in Baghadad at the very time he was gassing Iran. Why was it cool then?
