3 only weeks from service preview in UK 09-January-2003 Hutchinson Whampoa's UK subsidiary 3, has said it will be previewing 3G services in the next few weeks. The company has disputed claims that it missed another launch date, saying that it has never set public launch dates. telecoms.com ========== Preview? What exactly is a preview? It's rather hard to read commercial launch into the statement.... Does it involve televisions on leashes? Does it involve Li on a leash? This is rich. "..saying that it has never set public launch dates.." Can Hutchison reconstruct history? It's certain we've heard the last "3" formal launch date. Perhaps 3" will simply ooze into a meaningless, soft-headed launch... How long till Li cuts his losses?
