I don't know the specs of the Iraqi tubes. That's what I thought. Neither apparently do you but that doesn't stop you from at least implying that they are not a violation. Your requires the spin of a tale complete with details you don't have of range of missiles, nukes vs "nucular" (Bush speak) warhead...Just admit that you don't know and leave it there. The spin just undermines your credibility just as it has the administration's...a particularly crucial point given the the lives at stake. Nuclear warhead is more specific. "Nuke" could mean the warhead or a weapon containing a warhead or an explosive that wasn't weaponized.
