Terry, I feel somewhat bad picking up those shares especially based upon what I perceive the reasoning to be behind those sales. But I didn't know at the time and those that sold based their sales upon the Bloomberg report.
The shares placed back into the GEI treasury of Mary and Terry's year end transactions by SEC rules must be reported on form 4, which is a notice of change of beneficiary shares. To put it simply, this is recorded as a sale by SEC standards, when in reality no shares were sold.
Since Bloomberg reports all of these filings and Form 4 is a sale form, the shares bought back were reported as sales, thus the selling.
