Hello Carol:

Thank you for the response. While IMAT may not receive much of a royalty base from INVN, they do have ownership interest in the company (I am trying to determine how much).

Also, IMAT and INVN have a technology sharing agreement. It restricts the companies to usage in their their respective markets.

IMAT originated or licensed much of the transfered technology that INVN uses. I believe that all this will be a percieved positive for IMAT.
