I've been tracking analysts recomendations and am rating them for accuracy. I have rated Hambrecht & Quist analyst Robert Chaplinsky with my highest ranking, in the "Best" category. So far I only have 3 analysts ranked in the "Best" category out of the 40 or so that I'm tracking.
