Ramsey- Re:-"no inconsistency." I'm sorry, I was referring to the timing, not the cost. The first said within "3 years". The second said- "by year end 2003". Perhaps they were referring to when the CDMA project started in the first statement. Did the Unicom CDMA build-out officially start in 2000 or 2001? Jim
