I was only speculating that on days when the market would go up, MRVC would go down and on days when the market would go down, MRVC would go up. But in any case, the price seems to stay in the 31 1/2 - 33 1/2 range. I tend to think this is somehow related to the secondary offering. I was hoping someone else who has more knowledge than I would comment on what I had posted. One final note, Market Makers are not beyond maniuplating stocks, but I can understand how you may become sensative to comments about them as frequently they are the point of investors wraith, rightly or wrongly.
