The invasion, if Bush decides it is warranted, will happen in Feb. I doubt he will put it over 'til next year and after March...the weather becomes a much more prominent factor. It will be a difficult decision he is facing.

edit: its also very expensive to keep 100,000 troops on alert in the Gulf...
