Pushed Kyoto, which his own Senate blew out of the water, recognizing it as a disaster. foreign policy diplomacy was just that, foreign policy diplomacy Corrupted more foreign gov'ts with bribery than all other Presidents combined. and bankrupticies were fewer. See "Bubble". From your vantage point, jlallen, doesn't it appear to you that things are getting worse? I think you're on drugs.
