WldfromSI being Removed from Message Board -
I have posted a message here under my own name, So WldfromSI knows who removed him from this Message board.
By end of today he's out, even though we all know he'll magically show up under another name. I never post or even look at Raging Bull, as it has know real value on any stock play, just gives the perception of such. I had to see the message in an email from a friend.
What kind of person would spread the Defamatory and absolutely false statements that WLDfromSI would post! who does that? He made some mistakes, and violated the TOS (TERMS of SERVICE) agreement which if he wasn't aware of is a contract, with liabilities. I have been caused harm, and WLDfromSI has but one chance to Cease and Desist, as does his other alias.
Also all parties on these websites should know you can't hide behind stage names. A subpoena, can pierce the thinly protected vail of your Ghost name. From there you can land in a Court with real judges and juries. Let "EVEN" tell you how it works, I just recieved a copy of that Subpoena, for similar actions.
This site was first established, as a place to exchange ideas, thoughts, and strategies between intelligent people, and has been reduced over the years to nothing more than a irresponsible, chat room.
All participants need to ask why you would even want to partipate on this board with such dubious characters, who show such malice, and lack of general responsibility for their actions, and show such poor Character overall.
WLDfromSI, I have contacted Lycos Abuse Department, and they have told me that they have initiated the order to remove you and all the post you have made. I also have made contact with My Attorney, and he'll be contacting the Lycos Legal counsel, for whom I've also been in contact with to see what further action I can pursue against you and or Lycos for such Abuse and personal harm, to my family, My personal relationship, and my standing in the business community.
This will be the only post I make on this site.
