Like Jack Welsh said the other day on hardball "It's the unintended consequences of your actions you have to watch out for, changes need to be thought through". I predicted earlier that those that pay and receive interest, will also want their income exempted. I think Bush doesn't think things through. Of course in my opinion he's extended his war to include "The Taxes of Evil"!
