Yes. EBAY hit 70 in late 2001, then declined to form the cup. It then climbed back up to around 70 and formed a six week base (the handle) before breaking out of the base on heavy volume.

I don't own EBAY, so I'm not trying to push it. It simply appears to be a fairly classic CANSLIM play, which is the subject of this thread.

By the way, FWHT, which I do own, has been doing very nicely since its breakout and my earlier post.
