Anyone have any idea what is up with PHTN? Flat panel test equipment company. Dropped last Q due to delayed shipment of new product. No news that I can see. GNSS is not mirroring the strength so it can't be sector related. Also not sure why UTSI is not stronger. It has announced some pretty big contracts the last few days. RBAK also up on no news.
