Beautiful area. >Oh yes, to give you some additional land valuation data, it's 1.15 acre @ 21.5k. Where? We are definitely going to buy land in your backyard next summer. We'd really like to be within about 15-20 miles of the belt and at least in an area where we don't get snowed in a whole lot. I don't know if this is possible but at least that's the plan.
