The boy scouts are a private organization. They should be able to discriminate as much as they want, as long as they don't get public money, or use public facilities (our laws forbidding government discrimination on the basis of sex, race, sexual orientation, etc...).
You, as an individual can discriminate as much as you want, against whomever you want, as long as you are willing to take the societal consequences of your actions, of course.

Since homosexuality is primarily determined by behavior, and the orientation of sexual fantasies, if you have such fantasies, or act upon such fantasies, you are, in fact, homosexual. Heterosexuality and homosexuality are ways we label behavior, specifically sexual behavior. The genesis of that behavior may exists in every cell of our body, but if it does, it probably exists for both types of behaviors. |
