Your requires the spin of a tale complete with details... That doesn't seem to make much sense. Maybe you could rephrase it, your statement doesn't seem to be grammatically correct. As for "admitting I don't know" you don't know either. But from the information contained in your own source it is logical to conclude that the tubes are used for medium or long range missiles or that your source is mistaken. My statement about the missiles assumes that your source is correct. If your source is wrong they could be for anything but if they are for missiles or rockets of any time it is almost certain that they are for long range missiles. I was mainly responding to your source and assuming you supported the (meager) facts contained in it, so my response was in the context of such an assumption. If you don't agree that the facts in your source are correct then the tubes could be for peaceful purposes but they could still be for the creation of nuclear weapons and of course if you don't consider your source reliable or the information from the article to be useful then your original post and the whole thread the followed from it are pretty meaningless.
