That's troublesome to me too.

But until the transfer of the 3 mines to KGFC is complete, they can't move forward. This may work to push the gov't foward in properly releasing them, and KGFC can get on with biz, including the CIL plant. Their financing is looking good.

Ahh,, the trials and tribulations of effective negotiations. I'm hoping they know what they're doing.

Sure hope this doesn't drag out.
I don't think the Kaz. citizens will quietly sit by while their jobs are disappearing.
