you should look at the full stochs on the weekly COMP, and see what happens when they turn up from above the 50 level.

aj, I see that it has only turned back up above the 50 once since the bear started, in August 2000. It is hard to say that the same thing will happen with only one example. there are also differences in where the slow and fast stos are. for example, the slow could death blow, turning the full back down. I'm not saying you're wrong, just that that example is inconclusive
