There is a potential double top in $WTIC, but it has not in my opinion been competed, although this is arguable. If it has completed (or if it does, for that matter) it only projects to 28 where there is support and a bottom bollinger band. I am not sure why you would be concerned by such a small top. Maybe I didn't understand the point you were trying to make. Little joe
