Its been that way for 2+ years. The trading threads have become perma-short, thats the problem. They even go so far as to lie to themselves about news, sortof a denial thing... like saying Barton Biggs thinks mkt is 40% overvalued, actually he has stated repeatedly he thinks mkt is undervalued... not that it matters but you can't even get real info on the trading threads it is full of short-spin.
