Sharp,

There are three steps that indicate we may be at war soon. The first was the deployment of B-1 bombers. The second step was the alert of two battle groups with amphibious ships, a week or two ago. You don't put amphibious groups on alert unless you're considering sending in troops. The third step is the deployment of the Marines.

All the pieces to the puzzle are falling into place.

If GW is trying to scare Saddam into resigning, or trying to instill a coup, it's going to be one expensive bluff. I don't see Saddam resigning for the sake of his people. In my opinion, this game will have to be played out.

We know what Saddam has because he got a lot of it from us. We either don't where he's hidden it, or we don't want to find it until everything is in place.

We shall see.
