Don't you get it? A payroll tax holiday and a Estate Tax roll-back only offset each other when it comes to the Federal Defecit, and the Federal Budget. The SSA to the best of my knowlege does not collect Estate Taxes, it does not go into my Social Security "account". When you link estate taxes with payroll taxes, you are destroying whatever truth there was, about the "Social Security Trust Fund".
