Houston has a large gay population and they take care of all the retail business, work with ladies, sing in the choirs. And some are quite conservative. My Mom's friends with several so she told me about them. I'll say another thing for gays, usually they are very funny. Hilarious sometimes. Maybe comes from pain. On the other hand, I really resented a guy I knew once who befriended me pretending to be straight then put the moves on me. Needless to say I couldn't be friends with him anymore. He went on to get married twice. A famous person too. No one would have guessed.
