Smith Barney's Ann Schwetje has juts upgraded Essex to BUY from Outperform. Look at the market cap. The company is still a small cap (less than $1B). Price/Revenues is around 0.50. So in a half year, youcan purchase the entire company with the revenues it generates. That is incredible. You do not have to have high p/e to profit handsomely at the current low stock price. When Price/revenues is at 1, you already double the money.

The latest runup to 32 3/4 shows to the market:

1. Gap up from 27 5/8 with a low of the day 3+ points higher than Thu
2. Relative strength 96 and accum dist of "A"
3. No 3 in % gainer for Fri, at 18.6%

I could not believe that I found this company, look at the fundamentals, and the statement issued by the company' officer. No warnings of a slowdown, about the only caveat is the price of copper.

Wall Street keeps saying that the time for small cap stock is just overdue, the action might start next week. Look at Dell etc, those large caps are slowing down. Can you see Dell (just a wonderful company) doubles its price $330 in a couple of months? Yet small caps can easily do that since they have been laggards. This will bode well with SXC (some people call SXC SEXY).

If you like high tech which could command high p/e due its outstanding growth and a monoppoly is its field then you should look at CYMER, another small cap stock, and like SXC itis going to mid cap very soon.
