2. A Max Pain failure is starting to look almost likely.

One of Zeev's reasons for bearishness now is the level of exuberance. look at how the # of stocks over their 10dma has shrunk over the last week with the exception of the high beta sectors of semis, networking, and bios. the market is fading while people are still chasing beta. not a good recipe
