Per the Red Chip Review:

RSYS: RadiSys Corporation (NASDAQ:RSYS)Words of warning: During
the conference call, the Company suggested revenue growth would slow in
the next quarter to approximately 5% sequentially increasing to around
10% to 12% for the fourth quarter. Design wins remain strong. Due to the
strength in multi-bus and newer higher margined business, the decline in
gross margins to plan, as discussed for months, will be slower than
originally anticipated. Recent indications suggest that gross margin will
hold in the 39% to 40% range for the remainder of the year. RSYS believes
that it will be able to hold research and development at approximately
10%, increasing slightly as a dollar value. Selling, general, and
administration is anticipated to come in around 13%. Using these
assumptions the bottom line would still come in around the street
estimates, despite the softer revenue run rate. Our preliminary numbers
suggest EPS of $1.80 on revenues of $124 million for 1997. These numbers
are very preliminary so look for our next report in a week.
