what are you hearing from your contacts at DELL

Those I know at Dell are getting tired of working longer hours to cover for the reduced personel. Raises and wages are not increasing and there is no end in sight. None of them, however, are seeking to leave (in the technical end). I understand that the phone help desk area has really been hit hard but I don't know anyone who still works there. Customer service, retail, and secretarial skilled jobs have been hit much harder than developmental technical skilled jobs.
