It was important to end the extortion, and that he accomplished. It would have cost Californian's many more billions if Enron, and El Paso Corp, and Cheney's other friends had continued to extort exhorbitent fees from the consumers. California should get much of that money back in court settlements, (assuming Junior allows any judges with integrity on the bench).

You should sue Cheney for your share, you can get JLA to be your lawyer.
