I gave you the link to Gov. Davis' webpages. I showed you where he asked for help from the FERC, the summer of 2000. I showed you that he asked President Clinton for help in the summer of 2000. I showed you that Gov. Davis complained about "out of state producers", the summer of 2000. Yet, you continue to place the blame on the Bush Administration. President Bush's tax cuts, means that when Gov Davis raises top income tax rates in CA, it's hurt less. If he increases taxes in CA to match Federal tax reductions, it'll be a wash for CA taxpayers.
