I thought the rule was that the 3 couldn't be the shortest wave. In which case, the 1 is shorter than the 3. As far as the 5, it hasn't happened yet, so the length is all speculation anyway. And, in real values, the length of the 5 would be about the same as the 3, it just looks longer because it is a log chart, not linear. (and I do appreciate the feedback and hope that you pick it apart more, including any of my assumptions above. I am playing defense attorney for the scenario and hope that others play prosecution attorney so that we can reach the truth at the end).
