Absent a major policy initiative like the Reagan Tax cuts there is little the Prez does little to influence the economy. From you post is it evident that you are unfamiliar with the US Constitution. The Pres. controls the Executive Branch. Congress makes the laws and controls the purse strings.....Its a very interesting document ....you should read it some time.... JLA
