I'm afraid you've based your thread on a BIG LIE.
Yes Davis and every person in California, along with much of the rest of the country was a massive fraud and theft victim of the Bush-Cheney energy companies. Davis was the biggest victim so he's most noticeable. But even little me had to pay a 500% hike in my natural gas bill one month. After that I shut it off and wore sweaters. El Paso Gaso, Enron's partner, Bush's supporter, massive fraud. Pretended there was a NG shortage and there really wasn't at all. 500% gouging. Think Davis had the power to stop that? How?
