Thanks JJ and Nadine. That AP/NYT story confirms the higher number - somewhere north of 60K. Whew! Now that's what I call SURGE! I've read in many press reports that the Brits are sending something short of a division - say 15-20K. They are supposed to be in theatre sometime in late Feb. I have said and still say the invasion gets done with just short of 200K. Getting awful close to that number now.
