Why doesn't everyone just do their job? I'm so sick of incompetence! I'm still getting bills from AT&T wireless which I haven't had in 8 months! I've called, gone in 7 times, and each time they say it is corrected, and this last time I get a bill saying they've turned it over to a collection agency! I really hate to get into any dispute with anyone about anything, because no one cares.
