Yes, we agree that wave 2 can not travel further in price than wave 1, however, I think that Frost and Prechter discuss this wrt to retracing wave 1, not some steroidal up-move as you have shown. No matter, we can agree that it should not travel further in price. BTW, what they list there as Elliott rules are bullshit. Most of those are not listed by the modern standard, Frost and Prechter, and they sure as hell were never mentioned by Elliott himself.
