It can get pretty sad: If layoffs continue, job competition increases....result like this: Message 18434062 That is just a starter. Have to feel sorry for those who are trying to support themselves, trying to find any job. I have seen this first hand, and it is cruel. The lucky ones are those who have a good paying job right now. These are the best of times for them. Deflation...low prices, low interest rates..but a good job!!! Another imbalance to be wrung out somehow. The above link could be an example of worse conditions to come. What will be the Fed/Gov't response to rising unemployment? Phil
