I'm against ever letting those who have been convicted of capital murder ever mix with the general prison population. Killers like the one who killed the 3 trussed up young people after robbing them should be kept in a facility similar to Marion where, Gotti was kept, if capital punishment is done away with. <<"did the inmate receive the full consideration of the law." >> I do think we have a flawed system as police tend to move up with arrests that lead to convictions and states attorneys getting judgeships based on their conviction rate. Win/loss records are for sports, the court's job is to discover the truth.
