Wayne, your question has been the subject of "vigorous debate" LOL!
"Jim, look at this point and figure chart. Does it not clearly show Acqua at work or am I barking up the wrong tree?"
I believe we have seen Acqua at work since November 26. What makes me think that?
1 - The lights are still on at DMX 2 - RK has stated, time and again (and right up to now), her preference for Acqua, and has consistently extended the relationship. 3 - On the Stockwatch daily charts, I keep seeing the reappearance of those trading "channels" - the hallmark of Acqua trading. 4 - We see TD, and possibly Dundee as Amigos. I'm equivocal about the presence of RBC; IMO RC is a non-Amigo taking profits. Possible cash to DMX exceeds CDN $2 million - but the numbers are fuzzy. 5 - In the presence of news (or expectation of same) - Acqua's not that bad. Lots of companies have used Acqua successfully - and that's a fact. The success of Acqua is highly dependent on demand for the stock.
What are reasons for NOT thinking Acqua is there?
1 - No announcement

On balance, I believe that Acqua is there, and has been since late November. I believe that the presence of lots of "noise" in trading has obscured Acqua's action. I also think that Acqua trading has been moderated, somewhat - especially when compared, say, to LOM's rapacious Acqua selling last summer. The lack of an announcement complicates matters - but there is evidence, and reason to believe that Acqua's at work, IMO.
