No change ,, I believe i stated somewhere you could put a tax on each barrel of oil sold... I never jumped into taking the oil away from them to pay for the war... There will be huge investments to be made from outsiders, either russia, france , usa.. etc.. to rebuild the fields and start up new fields.. This is going to take time..

Of course I do not think we should pay for the war... This country is rich in oil and over time should repay us.. Why not start off with a tax per barrel?
