Any thoughts out there on whether the US should indulge Mr. Richardson's proposal for a non-aggression pact with Kim Jong Il? How should we go about it, if at all, and what expectations should the US and UN place on any such agreement? I've got a few ideas of my own, but figured I should open it up for discussion first..
