Craig,
Intel will buy several companies in the networking world. ASND may or may not be one of them. There is little doubt we will see INTC a major player in networking.

I also believe that ASND will be bought by a largere entity, in my opinion the buy out will happen sooner than we all can imagine.
The likely suitors are all well known:

Nortel, Erricson, IBM, Alcatel ( yes I know they announced a deal with Cisco ).
