It is good for you to say datek is the best for you but you should give us real name. I posted my experience and true story with my real name. I can go to court with datek.

I don't think you would be happy if same things happened to you. As you said I have three account but datek is the worst. Every company makes mistake but Datek don't willing do any thing when they made mistake. You are absolutely wrong that no other brokerage cares to come to SI and comment publicly. As I know E*trade and NDB do so as well. Go to E*trade and NDB threads and read the posts carefully before you make such comments.

I asked DATEK to comment my three charges but they did not do so yet. Datek should not say he will fill the marketable order in 60 seconds since it can't do so. This is misleading ad in the internet. My order would have been filled in any brokerage firm or they will compensate for the loss.
