Are you sure that there has been effective dilution over say the last 10-12 years? I'm not be argumentative, just curious. I have no idea what the answer is. I would be interested to know how many option shares have been exercised, how much stock the company has issued and sold otherwise (to raise money for the company, for instance), and how many shares have been repurchased. I don't know where to find that information, although I'm sure that it must be available. I thought that someone said recently that more stock had been repurchased than issued, for instance.
