Yes, for the most part. IF 6 people applied at once they might not hire them all. But in my experience they would be happy to hire a person for any of those slots.

Same is true for MXIM, MCRL, and to some extend ADI and NSM.
There's almost always a high level executive (like the President) who is interested in hiring design talent.

Designer needs to be experinced 3-5 years or more, and have at least one, and preferrebly 3 or more designs in poroduction.

Pay ranges from about 80-90k at low end and about 3-4 years experience to 120-150k and higher. Usually a big stock option package also.

The shortage of good analog designers was once a big competitive barrier, but it is a smaller barrier now, with more analog design tools and an increase in the number of analog designers.
