I'm not surprized by HERC's price activity. No real trend in either direction, although there was strong buying a couple of weeks ago. I don't think any lasting upward movement will be seen for another 4-5 months. Revenues have to grow faster than expenses. They've laid some important ground work for increasing revenues but it's going to take time before they attract attention.
