Well, first the job of defining the guilty, but UN is doing fairly well, better than the attempts before WW2, which US did not support There was no UN before WW2. There was the League of Nations. But the US was not a member, so why would it be involved in its activities? AND I thought France and Britain were supposed to enforce the terms of the Versailles Treaty. Did a real good job, didn't they? While were at it, why CAN'T Europeans clean up their own messes? Why did nothing happen in the Balkans until the US stepped up? then we have the question of capital punishment What's capital punishment got to do with Iraq? What is your nationality? I'm SURE I can come up with some unpleasant tidbits on your country. Of course, a lot of this depends on who's looking at it with what motive. that court on crimes You want to try US service men and women? Bring your army. The answer is not no, but HELL NO!
