After 4 yrs??? The election is less than 2 yrs away, and some of the dems have started campaigning already. Frankly, the dems only hope was that GW took care of Irag shortly, calmed down the middle east, so the dems can start yelling, "its the economy stupid". That doesn't look likely now. How long will the war on terror last. My bet is that unless we take the offensive, it might never stop. 50 yrs easy. And it won't be pretty if we fight it here. A growing portion of the population does not consider Iraq a part of the war on terror. Otherwise, they would give Bush carte blanche to attack. He has the authority from Congress but he doesn't have it from the American people. You conservatives may want to tread lightly. ted
