I suspect Britain, under intense pressure, will vote for delaying military action and continuing with the inspections program, as will France, Russia and China. Meanwhile, Bush will likely use the Korean matter as something to do during the delayed process. I don't think he's gonna be bogged down feeding the USA troops over there, as Dick Cheney's buddies (KBO, subisdiary of Haliburton) got the food contract (a no-ceiling contract at that).
